How do I get my Medical Records?
A signed authorization for release of medical records is required. At a patient’s request, the release can be mailed or faxed to the patient. The law allows 30 days for records maintained on site and 60 if records are stored off site. We usually try to get the records sent within 10 business days of receiving the signed release. There may also be a fee for copying the records.
